Buy to Let Remortgages is a free introduction service for UK landlords, run by people who work in property finance and were tired of watching landlords drift onto standard variable rates.
Why it exists
Buy-to-let remortgaging is a specialist market with its own rules: rental cover ratios, stress tests, limited-company lending, portfolio underwriting. Most landlords deal with it once every two to five years and most general mortgage brokers deal with it occasionally. The brokers who do it daily get better deals placed faster. This site's only job is to put landlords in front of them, and to explain the market in plain English on the way.

We are not a lender, a broker or an adviser, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing here is advice. We introduce you to a broker, who gives the advice and arranges the mortgage. They are a separate business.

Cover ratios, stress rates and typical fees are checked when we write and reviewed when the market moves. If you spot something out of date, tell us.
