Introduction, not advice
Buy to Let Remortgages is an introduction service. We put you in touch with a mortgage broker; we do not give advice, arrange mortgages or lend, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The guides and calculators are general information for UK landlords and do not take your circumstances into account. Before you act on anything here, take advice from the broker and, on tax, from an accountant.
The broker
The broker we introduce you to is a separate business. Their advice, their fees and the mortgage you take are matters between you and them. We are not responsible for their services.
Accuracy
We try to keep ratios, rates and typical costs accurate, but the market changes and lenders differ. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site.
